[Bug 571543] [NEW] Milter and Freshclam configurations buggy in Lucid

Binary package hint: clamav

In the default configuration, freshclam will fail to notify clamd about
new signatures and clamd will not restart and continue to use old
signatures.

In the default configuration, logrotate for clamav-milter will fail.
