The solution posted by Fernando Roxo did not work for me.

:/etc$ ls -la | grep 'resolv.conf'
lrwxrwxrwx   1 root    root         31 2010-04-22 08:26 resolv.conf -> /etc/resolvconf/run/resolv.conf
-rw-r--r--   1 root    root         54 2010-04-21 12:30 resolv.conf.100421.backup
