[Bug 567701] [NEW] Date not updated by ntp when network interfaces started

Binary package hint: ntp

/etc/network/if-up.d/ntpdate contains script, which should update time, when network interface started.
But, time doesn't updated for me "from the box", because there are no valid ntp server in the default settings:

/etc/default/ntpdate says to use /etc/ntp.conf, but, /etc/ntp.conf is empty
I don't know what is original idea of authors, but I fixed /etc/default/ntpdate for use ubuntu NTP server.
