[Bug 567538] [NEW] [libsnmp-base] unnecessary dependency on gawk

Public bug reported:
libsnmp-base is installed by default (required by hplip, which ubuntu-
desktop recommends) and depends on gawk. But the base system already
has an awk implementation (mawk) and nowhere in this package is gawk
specifically required - only generic "awk" is ever used. (Actually,
it's not clear to me that awk is even a run-time requirement - it only
seems to be used in build scripts, but I could be overlooking
something.)
There's no need for Ubuntu to ship two versions of awk by default. If
the package doesn't need any specific gawk features, please remove the
dependency.
