[Bug 559326] [NEW] symbolic link missing for libmysqlclient_r.so

Public bug reported:

missing a symbolic link /usr/lib/libmysqlclient_r.so to
/usr/lib/libmysqlclient_r.so.16.0.0 or whatever version found on the
system

for example, MySQLWorkbench is searching for this lib
try to add a connection and test it, you will receive "Couldn't load library libmysqlclient_r.so"

maybe the same for libmysqlclient.so
