[Bug 558719] [NEW] package based install does not register nodes properly

ubuntu at aussie:~$ sudo euca_conf --register-nodes 10.1.1.75

INFO: We expect all nodes to have eucalyptus installed in
//var/lib/eucalyptus/keys for key synchronization.
