[Bug 558427] [NEW] UEC should be a superset of the Ubuntu Server

Public bug reported:

Install UEC from the ISO and you the eucalyptus packages and their
dependencies.

This does not necessarily include the full Ubuntu Server suite and all
of it's useful utilities (vim, screen, etc).

Having talked this over with Thierry, we agree that UEC should be a
superset of the Ubuntu Server.  This is easy to fix in eucalyptus-udeb.
