Sorry, just talked to Mathias in IRC where he clarified this bug, and I
was able to reproduce it in Lucid.

virsh # define ~/foo2.<tab>xml 
error: Failed to open file '~/foo2.xml': No such file or directory

Tab completion works, but virsh isn't able to load the file that it tab
completed.  Looks like it's not interpreting ~ probably.
