[Bug 428501] [NEW] bzr672-0ubuntu2: one file (antlr.jar) exists in two eucalyptus packages, causing install to fail

the 'eucalyptus-java-common' and 'eucalyptus-cloud' package are both
trying to install antlr.jar in /usr/share/eucalyptus:
