[Bug 427553] [NEW] bind9 fails to start on boot

bind9 fails to start automatically on boot. /etc/rc2.d/S15bind9 exists.
It starts perfectly when I open a terminal and say sudo
/etc/init.d/bind9 start . I saw no errors in syslog.
