[Bug 426769] [NEW] mysql-{common, client, server} still (also) build from mysql-dfsg-5.0

Public bug reported:

mysql-{common,client,server} are currently build from mysql-dfsg-5.0 and
mysql-dfsg-5.1. This leads to the following upload error for the recent
mysql-dfsg-5.0 upload in karmic:

>From the description of those packages I assume they should only be
build from mysql-dfsg-5.1 and dropped from mysql-dfsg-5.0.
