[Bug 426197] [NEW] Walrus cannot be registered using the Web UI

Public bug reported:

Currently, Walrus host cannot be registered using the Admin's Web UI.
There should be a "Register Walrus" button somewhere under the
"Configuration" tab with the option to specify the Walrus host.
