Trying to perform a migration results in the following on the destination:

Need to add the following to /etc/apparmor.d/usr.sbin.libvirt:
  network inet dgram,

Then perform:
$ sudo apparmor_parser -r /etc/apparmor.d/usr.sbin.libvirtd
