[Bug 460581] [NEW] [Karmic] host lookup error

Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: bind9
when lookup up a host with the 'host command' there is a long wait after
the initial response. This seems to be related to second round of
lookup, which fails:

This problem was introduced by upgrading to Karmic. It also affects wget and the web browser (only on initial host lookups).
