Note that the big logo in the page only says "Ubuntu Enterprise Cloud",
so having the full product name only in the HTML <TITLE> seems odd ?

It appears we would just have to patch <TITLE> in:
clc/modules/www/src/main/java/edu/ucsb/eucalyptus/admin/public/index.html
which is reasonably harmless.
