[Bug 427094] [NEW] Wrong permission on file makes phpmyadmin show blank page

It seem the current phpmyadmin package gives wrong permission on
/etc/phpmyadmin/config-db.php

sudo apt-get remove --purge phpmyadmin
sudo apt-get install phpmyadmin

Then http://myhost/phpmyadmin shows a white page.

chmod 644 /etc/phpmyadmin/config-db.php solve it
