[Bug 455294] [NEW] UEC Installer should point to management interface

Public bug reported:

The UEC installer should be modified so that the last screen before reboot after installing a controller should provide the full url to the management interface (ie: https://1.2.3.4:8443) with a text such as: 
"After reboot has completed, please point your web browser to xxx in order to finish setting up your controller."
