I ran all of these.

After reboot, I got a few Reset messages in cloud-output.log, like this:
11:21:56  WARN DatabaseUtil              | -> Resetting: z8kfsx84g4e6c2if50wl|6e905272

But after clearing the logs, and warm restart of eucalyptus, port 8443
came up, my availability zones were shown, and there are no Reset or
DEAD messages in the logs.
