[Bug 447360] [NEW] FFE for samba 3.4.2

Hi,

I would like to ask for a FFE exception for samba 3.4.2 for karmic. The
known bug that it fixes are:

445595 - smbclient fails with SMBecho failed. Maybe server has closed the connection.
397203 - Enable idmap_ldap support in winbind (missing ldap.so)

It also probably fix some other bugs that I am not aware about.

I have attached the following for your review:

- Changelog of all the upstream changes between 3.4.0 and 3.4.2
- A running session of smbclient with 3.4.2
- The buildlogs done locally.
- The debdiff between 3.4.0 and 3.4.2
