[Bug 478415] [NEW] login thru ssh then start vncserver causes endless create and destroy processes with no names

Public bug reported:

After login in through ssh, start vncserver, many processes will be
created and then destroy, vncviewer can connect to the server but panels
do not response to mouse click.

while starting vncserver on the console does not have this problem.
