Verified that the Web UI now has "Ubuntu Enterprise Cloud, powered by
Eucalyptus" in TITLE.

  When accessing  https://<cloud ip>:8443/ the title of the redesigned
- page is still "Eucalyptus" where is should say "Ubuntu Enterprise
- Cloud".
