[Bug 471468] [NEW] should recognize that exit code 126 means plugin is not executable

Binary package hint: nagios3

When a script is found but not executable, the exit code returned by
bash is 126. Nagios should suggest that this means the script is not
executable. Currently, it suggests that the script cannot be found.
