[Bug 470355] [NEW] ec2-bundle-vol and ec2-upload-bundle result in non accepted manifest

I try to re-bundle a Jaunty instance with help of the ec2 tools. This
fails when trying to register the image:

$ euca-register jaunty-scripts/jaunty-scripts.manifest
Image: Image registration failed because the manifest referenced is invalid or unavailable.

     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
