It seems as if your MySQL installation ran into a minor collision.

debconf: DbDriver "config": /var/cache/debconf/config.dat is locked by
another process: Resource temporarily unavailable

If you try a reinstall it ought to work.

This issue have already been reported as bug #349469 (among others).
Hence I'm marking this report as a duplicate.
