Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: samba
1. After I install Kubuntu 9.04 (clean installation)
2. I install the updates at the date.
3. After that I install the packages:
- kdeadmin, kdenetwork, kdenetwork-fileshare.
4. Rebooting.
5. Login in.
6. I configure the name of the network in System settings->Advanced->Samba
7. Later I try to share a folder, but the system say 'Samba server not installed', so I try to install the samba package (samba - 2:3.3.2-1ubuntu3 (i386)).
8. The system download the package and when it's almost done this error appear:
samba : Preconfiguring packages ... Preconfiguring packages ...

installed.) Unpacking samba (from
