Just thought I'd add that we are getting this as well (the trap divide
error), although not necessarily at startup - it can be several hours:

These started happening with the latest Hardy updates, which included
snmpd 5.4.1~dfsg-4ubuntu4.2.

I am rolling back to snmpd 5.4.1~dfsg-4ubuntu4
