 * mysqld apparmor profile:

    /etc/apparmor.d/usr.sbin.mysqld

 * mysql configuration stripped of private information (such as
password):

    /etc/mysql/my.cnf

 * extra mysql configuration from the conf.d directory:

    /etc/mysql/conf.d/
