Public bug reported:

I disabled AppArmor on my machine, but the update insists on starting it. This prevents mysql from starting, because the apparmor profiles are bogus.
Please leave AppArmor alone during update. It's disabled.
I removed apparmor completely from /etc/init.d to fix this properly.
