It seems that you're using a non-standard location for your database
files. So you'd run into issue with the default apparmor profile for
mysqld which only support /var/lib/mysql/ as the location for MySQL data
files. Did you update apparmor profile to reflect your custom setup? Is
/var/lib/mysql a symlink to /developpement?
