Binary package hint: samba

I downloaded the recommended updates and then when it ran it hanged
while it was trying to update Samba.  After about 30 minutes of it not
progressing, I logged out and back in and then Ubuntu said it found a
crash report, do I want to submit it. And I said yes, so here I am.
