smbc_urlencode(char * dest, char * src, int max_dest_len);

000000a0 T smbc_urlencode

When installed on Intrepid
topfs at topfs-laptop:~$ cat /usr/include/libsmbclient.h | grep smbc_urlencode
smbc_urlencode(char * dest, char * src, int max_dest_len);
topfs at topfs-laptop:~$ nm /usr/lib/libsmbclient.a | grep smbc_urlencode
nm: dbwrap_ctdb.o: no symbols
topfs at topfs-laptop:~$ 

This leads me to believe its not available, seems to affect both x86 and
x64 versions.
