The fix may have been released, but apparently it did not make it to the
repositories for the Karmic release not has it made it to any live
update.  I installed logwatch today (12/29/2009) from Synaptic and the
html folder and its contents are still missing.

Though the package should be fixed properly, I would also like to know
where I can get the missing folder and its files without waiting.
