[Bug 499048] [NEW] [lucid] euca_rootwrap is not installed setuid

Public bug reported:

After a 1.6.2 UEC install on Lucid, euca_rootwrap doesn't end up
properly setuid'ed:

$ ls -l /usr/lib/eucalyptus/euca_rootwrap 
-rwxr-xr-- 1 root eucalyptus 14688 2009-12-19 15:08 /usr/lib/eucalyptus/euca_rootwrap

Probably a regression introduced at revision 760.
Workaround is to:
sudo chmod 04754 /usr/lib/eucalyptus/euca_rootwrap
sudo chown root:eucalyptus /usr/lib/eucalyptus/euca_rootwrap
on all components.
