[Bug 498939] [NEW] mysql- packages section on synaptic

"In Synaptic Package Manager, all the mysql-* packages are listed in
"Miscellaneous - Text Based" section. It should be in the "Database"
section alongside postgresql. This is in a fresh install of 9.10
desktop."

Reproduce:

1 - Open Synaptic Package Manager
2 - Go to the Databases section (and Universe)

** Affects: mysql-dfsg-5.1 (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
