Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: apache2

I did not have my full machine name in /etc/hosts, so during install the
apache2 install process reported that it "could not reliably determine
the machine's host name" and hung at that point in the install. I had to
ctrl-c to stop that package. I then put my machine's *full* dns name
(with domain) in /etc/hosts and /etc/hostname and re-ran that package
and it worked fine

I have an internal DNS system running so my full hostname had to have
".int" appended as the TLD part of the name.
