[Bug 494380] [NEW] mtx-changer.conf is missing in bacula-sd

The bacula documentation suggests to test your autochanger with the mtx-changer script.
if you run this like
/etc/bacula/scripts/mtx-changer /dev/sg11 list 0 /dev/nst0 0
the following error occurs:
.: 50: Can't open /etc/bacula/scripts/mtx-changer.conf

the mtx-changer.conf is not included in this package.
The expected output is the list of the tapes.

A solution is to add the following line to debian/bacula-sd.install
debian/tmp-install-sqlite3/etc/bacula/scripts/mtx-changer.conf etc/bacula/scripts
