Same ubuntu version, same bus.
Starting apache2 in debug mode (apache2 -X -e debug) say:

[Tue Apr 28 07:42:51 2009] [debug] mod_so.c(246): loaded module
php5_module

but php5 isn't processed and the file is downloaded as plain text.
