Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: php5-dev

libtool does not contains /usr/share/libtool/libtool.m4 which is required by php5-dev (php5-dev use a symlink to that libtool.m4)
It was ok in hardy but not in intrepid anymore.

Description:	Ubuntu 8.10

If it's a dotdeb problem, then Ok, but it looks like
/usr/share/libtool/libtool.m4 has been removed and replaced by a
/usr/share/aclocal/libtool.m4 ...
