Public bug reported:

After installing to an iSCSI disk, the initramfs image used at first
boot into the newly installed system does not load any iSCSI kernel
modules and there is no iSCSI configuration in /etc/iscsi, which causes
the boot to fail.

** Affects: open-iscsi (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
