openvpn-vulnkey and openssl-vulnkey are two separate programs that test
different things. openssl-vulnkey checks openssl certificates, et al
whereas openvpn-vulnkey checks *only* the shared key as generated with
'openvpn --genkey --secret'.  They are not interchangeable.
