[Bug 287781] [NEW] Nut UPS user does not have access to the serial ports.

The 'nut' user is not given access to the serial ports. This is because
during install of the 'nut' package the user was not added to the
'dialout' group.

Fix: 
usermod -g nut -G dialout nut
