[Bug 280982] [NEW] SEGV in threaded SASL apps

Public bug reported:

Cyrus SASL's sasl_set_mutex() API will allows multiple callers to reset
its state, so mutexes created earlier may not be usable after a
subsequent call. This problem is discussed here
