[Bug 280814] [NEW] Correct man page for uid and gid

Binary package hint: samba

According to https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux-
source-2.6.17/+bug/48418 , uid and gid are not ignored any more when
linux extensions are enabled. This contradicts the man pages of
mount.cifs.

Please correct the man pages.
