Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: network-manager-openvpn
Hi,
I'm running Ubuntu Intrepid up to date. network-manager-openvpn is
version svn20080928t225540-0ubuntu1
When I setup a VPN connection with Network Manager Openvpn for connecting to OpenVPN server.
It seems, the manager made a mistake with passwords !
When I type the user password in field "password" then validate, If I
reopen the connection, the password is now in the field "certificate
password" and the field "password" is empty.
If I enter a different password in both fields, then validate. When I
reopen the connection, the password I entered in user password is now in
certificat password and the certificate password is now in user password
!
Of course, the connection failed everytime I try to connect !
I don't if this problem come from network-manager-openvpn or network-
manager-openvpn-gnome as I'm not running kde.
Regards
Guillaume
