Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: tomcat6

tomcat6-instance-create (from tomcat6-user package) creates a private
instance of Tomcat that runs an HTTP listener on port 8080 and an AJP on
port 8009. This results in picking up (most of the time) ports that are
already taken (by another private instance for example). This can be
improved by:

- allowing to specify another HTTP port and/or AJP port as part of tomcat6-instance-create command line
- maybe not opening an AJP port by default
- maybe checking if the port chosen is/are already in use
