OK, I found that:

And indeed, I can reproduce the exact same problem if I set my hostname to an invalid IP address in /etc/hosts... 
Could you double-check that your /etc/hosts is 100% correct ? In doubt could you attach /etc/hosts, as well as whatever "ip address show" returns ?
