[Bug 209500] [NEW] Bind 9.4.1-P1 fails to compile with the --with-dlz-mysql flag

Binary package hint: bind9

The idea was to install bind with MySQL database support.
I am using an updated 7.10 installation. of Ubuntu
Here is what I did: 
1. apt-get install build-essential
2. apt-get source bind9
3. apt-get build-dep bind9
4. apt-get source mysql
5.cd bind9-9.4.1-P1
6../configure --with-dlz-mysql=../mysql-dfsg-5.0-5.0.45
7.make

Here is the end of the compile with the error:
