  particular client before. It would be an improvement if it would just
  silently add new hosts without asking. (I don't understand why it has to
  ask, anyway.)
  
  This silly question also dilutes the usefulness of the question about
  what to do when a known_hosts key has changed, which is important and
  has far-reaching security consequences.
