[Bug 203710] Re: mysql-server-5.0 does not prompt for conffile update on upgrades

It seems to work fine here. Steps i take:

1) pbuilder-gutsy login
2) apt-get install mysql-server-5.0
3) echo "# test test est" >> /etc/mysql/debian-start
4) change sources.list from gutsy to hardy
5) apt-get update ; apt-get install mysql-server-5.0

And on the bottom of debian-start i see "#test test test"
