Em... I taught we agreed that we will do this trough tasksel.

/etc/dovecot/dovecot.conf is not a conffile
(cat /var/lib/dpkg/info/dovecot-common.conffiles) and we already alter
it trough maintainer scripts (dovecot-pop3d.postinst and
dovecot-imapd.postinst).
